We desgined this TCU to control ZF transmission model 4WG200 as its original state. we used a modern and high speed microcontroller 64bit as core of TCU. so that, the board of this TCU powered by digital components and with input and output digital data.
Technical information
This TCU is designed according to the main technical and mechanical parameters of ZF Transmission 4WG-200. Also, the input of this board has gates for gearbox sensors such as speed, temperature and hydraulic pressure sensors, engine speed, handbrake and light and reward relay. An on-board color display shows the status of transmissions and sensors, as well as microprocessor diagnostic messages.
